Community support is at the heart of everything we do. As dedicated members of the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), we wholeheartedly embrace our role in giving back to the community that has welcomed and supported us.
Beyond real estate, our commitment to making a difference extends to the “RG Foundation,” a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded by Tim Gorman. The foundation focuses on raising funds for essential supplies like chalk and other elements to support educational and recreational initiatives within the community.

Tim Gorman is a founding member and current board member of the Robby Gomez Foundation (RGF). RGF is a 501(c)(3) foundation that believes strongly in supporting children in our community. Through events like the annual CHOC Walk and RGF Golf Tournament, we are able to donate funds to benefit the health and well-being of children and their families during difficult times. Since 2018, the foundation has raised over $100,000 for CHOC and others in need in our community.
