Dunlap & Gorman In The Community

Community support is at the heart of everything we do. As dedicated members of the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), we wholeheartedly embrace our role in giving back to the community that has welcomed and supported us.

Public service is not just a part of our past; it’s an integral part of our present. Nick Dunlap’s public office experience as a Fullerton City Council Member has instilled in us the value of civic engagement and community involvement.  Beyond real estate, our commitment to making a difference extends to the “RG Foundation,” a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded by Tim Gorman. The foundation focuses on raising funds for essential supplies like chalk and other elements to support educational and recreational initiatives within the community.

By partnering with DG Realty Advisors, you join us in supporting initiatives that enrich the lives of those around us. Together, we can create a lasting positive impact in the community we call home.

Tim Gorman is a founding member and current board member of the Robby Gomez Foundation (RGF). RGF is a 501(c)(3) foundation that believes strongly in supporting children in our community. Through events like the annual CHOC Walk and RGF Golf Tournament, we are able to donate funds to benefit the health and well-being of children and their families during difficult times. Since 2018, the foundation has raised over $100,000 for CHOC and others in need in our community.

As dedicated members of the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), we wholeheartedly embrace our role in giving back to the community that has welcomed and supported us. Nick is a past president of the AAOC and Director Emeritus. Tim served as a Director for many years and currently serves on several committees and advisory roles.

The AAOC is a non-profit trade association that represents approximately 2,000 rental-property owners, operators, and industry suppliers in Orange County and parts of Riverside County. AAOC members collectively own and operate more than 100,000 rental units in the association’s service area. The AAOC provides its members with professional education and training, legislative advocacy and representation, resident screening services, operational assistance, networking and business development opportunities, and other resources that will help them maximize their success as members of the rental-housing industry.
